Commercial loans

Commercial loans are used for the purchase or refinance of almost any commercial property, be it retail, office, or industrial. It can even include development financing.

This area of financing is extremely subjective, and relies entirely on the specifics of the case. The nature of the security, leases that are already in place, valuations of relevant assets, directors' income, trading figures (both historical and projected), and many more variables are taken into account, so every situation needs to be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

It is therefore almost impossible to explain commercial financing in a nutshell, because interest rates, loan terms, fees, repayment arrangements, and whether finance is even possible at all are entirely dependent on a subjective analysis of an applicant's situation.

If you are looking for a commercial loan, please contact us to discuss your particular situation.
